I decided it would be the best job for me to be in as I love caring for people.

What values and personal qualities do you think people need to work in social care?
To be kind, caring and a soft voice; have a caring nature and friendly.
How flexible is working in Adult Social Care around your day to day life/responsibilities?
It is as flexible as can be. If you need help, all the staff and manager will help any way they can.
What would you say to others interested in a career in care?
This jobs has changed my perspective on everything. I never thought I would work in care but it is the best job I have ever worked in. You never know unless you try it.
